Why don’t you answer me?

I haven’t been very responsive to emails lately and I’m issuing a blanket apology. :-)  I am frequently not feeling well, and email goes to the bottom of the priority list when it takes all my energy to simply make sure everyone is fed and has clean clothes. Naps are my number one activity lately. About once a month I go through my inbox and try to answer anything that I’ve missed. So if I haven’t answered your email, please be patient. I try to get to everyone.

If you are under attack and having lots of problems, please do the following:

1. Read and practice the basic grounding exercise at least once a day.

2. Look at my recommendations for using crystals…a lot of them are for protection.

3. Read the Rose technique, the Triangle exercise and the Dodec exercise and practice those for clearing and protection.

4. Read and practice the boosting exercises. This is the best way to get someone off your back who is attacking you. You can’t be a victim…you’ve got to fight for your life.

There is a lot you can do for yourself, but it takes work. Someone I coached recently was kind of disappointed that I couldn’t solve all problems in one session, and I told them that this type of thing takes hard work on their part. I’m just the coach. You have to take the responsibilty to do the work and take control of your life. It’s hard work and it’s not fun, but if you want to be free you have to fight. I think a lot of spiritually-minded people have been brainwashed into believing that they shouldn’t fight. But the strongest spiritual people I know are those who have done exactly that.

It’s like getting healthy…no one can do the work for you. I’m lucky to have a coach like Stevo and even so, it’s been hell getting healthy. You can’t give up, folks. Fight for your life and your birthright….freedom!

Getting personal

I haven’t blogged about my daily life as much as I thought I would simply because I thought it would be boring. My mom has a blog that has something like a thousand unique readers a month. She writes about her life with my dad on the road (they live in their motor home) and if she doesn’t blog for a while people email her, concerned that she’s not blogging.  :-)  My mom is great writer and her blog is interesting. It’s at www.joanontheroad.com/blog/. You can read all about my family, and Stevo and I occasionally rate an appearance. We live 1800 miles away so we don’t get to see everyone that often. I have a great family and although I don’t think they really understand my etheric life, they love me and are always there for me, especially during the toughest times of my life.

Nothing brings home to you the passing of time like watching kids grow up. One of my nieces just graduated from college last weekend and her brother graduates in a few weeks. I remember the day they were each born. I remember changing their diapers and holding them in my arms. Now they are starting their own lives and making their way in the world. My oldest niece has a 4-year-old son. My sister is a grandma. My grandma and grandpa have a great-great grandchild. I can’t imagine what it is like to be their age and see life go on and on. I recently went through a box of photos from the past 20 years, organizing them all, and it made me happy and sad at the same time. Happy, because I’ve had a charmed life with lots of love and fun times. Sad, because time is passing and things change.

It made me realize that things have always been changing and always will change. The only thing I can control is how I choose to spend that time. For me, it’s now all about love, compassion, integrity and fighting for the kind of world I want my nieces and nephews to inherit.

On life, health and etheric warfare

I’m not sure I have much to say about etheric warfare, although it continues without me. I’ve been pretty out of it the past few months due to being on painkillers after three major dental surgeries. No wonder Big Pharma wants everyone on pills….the drugs make it very hard to connect to your etheric life. The good news for me is that my surgeon is so excellent that the time I have to spend on painkillers is relatively short. The other good news is that after my final major surgery last week my health is already improving, including a significant drop in my blood sugar to the point where I have to recalibrate how much insulin I’m taking because I’m taking too much. Here’s another good book to read:  The Roots of Disease: Connecting Dentistry & Medicine. If you’ve got chronic health problems that won’t resolve, check out this book.

So the thing about health is that the weaker you are, the easier it is for you to be etherically attacked. I figure I’ve probably been under attack almost constantly the past five months and luckily the chat groups have been boosting me now and then. Thanks guys and gals! I’ve been trying to get back in at least my own Saturday chat on occasion, and last weekend we boosted Carol and Kathy for their gifting trip in Europe. Stevo and I were to accompany Carol but my health issues prevented it. They are gifting the entire Rose Line from northern Scotland to the south of France. What a project! Google the Rose Line if you’re not aware of what that is, and read Kathleen McGowan’s fascinating books on Mary Magdalene. In any case, Carol and Kathy are being well-protected by that Mary Magdalene energy and I’m sure their trip will be a great success. Carol is a great example of a go-to, fearless gifter. I want to be like her when I grow up. She’s my hero!  :-)

We got to have a quick visit with Don and Carol a while ago when they came over for the day, and it’s always fun to visit with our dear friends. The older I get, the more I realize that it’s a waste of time to spend your life with people who don’t get you. Not that it’s good to isolate and I don’t expect everyone to believe as I do, but it’s important to have people in your life who really know and connect with you. We have friends online whom we’ve never met in person but who have stuck by us and helped us out of some of our worst etheric jams. During this stressful time in our lives, these friends have stepped up to the plate in a major way to do the etheric work Stevo and I haven’t been able to do lately. The world is lucky to have these people in the fight.

Catching up…

Health problems have prevented me from having any energy to chat or blog, but I think I’m finally on the mend. The chatters have done a lot of work on me (thanks you guys!) and were seeing that I was being attacked in a voodoo-like manner, and they were trying to kill me to keep me from coaching people. Well, that didn’t happen, and according to my cards (Read by Carol, thanks good friend!) I am out of danger and on my way back.

Carol uses the Cards of Destiny, which are very interesting and astoundingly accurate. I’m in my 45th year, which is a decision year that determines how the rest of your life will go. I have a lot of death cards this year, most of them behind me now. This is definitely a year of lessons and growth for me. It pretty much started with the death of our beloved dog Jack, and has continued with my ongoing health struggles. I’m married to a great healer and he has kept me alive, but I’m learning a lot through these health challenges and I think that’s why I have to go through it.

One thing that has helped a lot is going back to my acupuncturist. His treatments and Stevo’s treatments are very complementary. And of course, acupuncture is all about your energy system. I found a very interesting book on Amazon called “Healing Stones for the Vital Organs.” It’s all about the Chinese body clock and what stones to use for the different two-hour time periods of the clock. If you’re not familiar with the Chinese body clock, do a Google search. Chinese medicine divides the clock into 2-hour increments, and each organ has it’s own time period where it is most strong. For instance, the stomach is strongest from 7-9am, so that’s why you need to get up and eat breakfast. I started doing that and have felt better. Check it out…

I wanted to mention here about the forest fire that burned close to our home for three months this summer. I believe I talked about it in a previous post, but the cool thing that happened is that Don brought over a 108, which is an orgonite tool that has 108 pieces of orgonite in a certain pattern, to help with Steve business being slammed. He brought it over on the July 4th weekend, and the forest fire started on July 12th. We eventually tilted the 108 up to face towards the fire. It didn’t put out the fire, but something amazing happened. The fire, which had been burning away from us into the wilderness area, had turned towards us and was approaching the peak of several hills that face our property. In the course of three months of burning, the fire never burned  down the face of the hills immediately west of us, although it did burn down the face of the hills north and south of us. Looking at an aerial map of the fire, it was obvious to me that the energy of the fire went right around our immediate area.

Don graciously brought over what we started calling a Super 108, with larger orgonite pieces that had more crystal and a copper coil in them. A week after we set it up, it snowed in the mountains and effectively eliminated all fire danger. On his next visit he took that 108 back home and we gave him some resin to make us another one, which he did. That Super 108 is now set up on our property and the original one he made for us is back in the middle of the labyrinth. So, we have had really good experiences with the 108. It took all the energy off the fire elemental that we perceived up on the peaks of the hills, and I think if we hadn’t had those 108’s set up, we would have been in much greater danger and possibly had fire at our door.

By the way, after we set up the Super 108 that Don made specifically for us, Stevo’s business improved immediately and is now pretty much back to normal. They have been trying for years to trash his business, mostly by making him invisible, energetically. The 108 is the first thing that has kept the invisibility from happening. The original 108 made a difference and the Super 108 seems to have locked in the good biz energy. Thank you once again to our good friends Don and Carol Croft for their help!

It’s Raining Men!

Just an interesting observation…

When I first started coaching, I was working mostly with women. Occasionally, I’d get email from a man. Now, it’s mostly men with an occasional woman. I think it’s a good sign that more men are opening their hearts. Yay!

The labyrinth is completed!

I managed to haul the last two cartloads of rock out to the labyrinth today to complete it…finally! The interesting thing I noticed while building it was that many of the rocks embedded in the ground here happened to fall exactly in line with the rock border of the labyrinth. It must have happened a dozen times. Also, when I was finishing today, I happened to choose exactly the right number of stones that I needed to finish the last path. I didn’t have to shove stones together or move them apart just to avoid going and picking up more rocks. I placed the last stone and it fit perfectly, as if I had counted out beforehand the number of stones I needed. I ended up placing three heart-shaped stones on the path near the entrance…very cool. Here are some pics:

Charlie grows up

Charlie has been a changed dog ever since Black Jack died, and I believe he’s in his own mourning period. In a chat after Jack died, Carol communicated with Jack, who said he was worried about who was going to protect us and that Charlie was “willy-nilly” in his protection duties. I think Charlie must have picked up on that because he sticks close to home now and has started following me around sometimes, as Black Jack used to do. When I’m outside working in the garden or on the labyrinth, he just stands around watching me and watching all around the property. This is very different behavior for him

He still likes to run around and play and he walks up and down the road in front of our property but he doesn’t run away into the woods like he used to every single day for the past 10 years. He also lays next to Jack’s grave every few days. He’s really become more serious, which Don noted today while he was visiting. I feel bad for Charlie because I know without a doubt he is grieving Black Jack’s death, but I think this is a good growth process for him as well as for us. Maybe that’s why Black Jack’s spirit has been hanging around.

When we feel the time is right we’ll get another dog companion for Charlie and for us. I have a feeling there’s a yellow lab puppy in our future.

Why a labyrinth?

My friend Kathy asked in a comment on my last post what a labyrinth is actually for, which I think is a good question. Here are some quotes from my labyrinth book (“Labyrinths,  Ancient Myths and Modern Uses” by Sig Lonegren):

“…these magical single-path mazes can enhance the possibility of bringing together our analytical or rational mode of consciousness with our intuitive or spiritual levels of consciousness.”

I think this is really true. Stevo and I have been walking our labyrinth, even though it’s only 3/4 completed, and every time he walks it Stevo says he feels like the left and right sides of his brain are coming together. Today we walked it with Don, who came over to visit and gave us a 108 (Cesco’s orgonite creation) to put in the middle. We walked it and when we got to the middle Stevo said his hands were tingling. I noticed that my hands were tingling and pulsing with energy, and Don felt it in his hands too.

“Labyrinths, which are sacred spaces, are marvelous tools to help you find new ways of developing your intuition.”

“Sacred space is a place where one can go to get help in contacting non-physical realms. These can be places of emotion, intuition, and the spirit.”

There are different variations of labyrinths found in many cultures around the world. Do an internet search on “labyrinth” and you’ll find all sorts of interesting stuff. I am building one mainly because I like the way it feels when I walk it.

I hope to have ours done by the middle of this coming week. We’ll see how far I get in my rock moving!  :-)

Building a labyrinth

I decided to do something that I’ve been wanting to do for years, so I’m building a labyrinth in our front pasture. A labyrinth is a Celtic design, dating back for probably thousands of years. It’s essentially a walking path that sets up a particular energy for the person who walks it.

We have about 3 open acres in our front pasture, some of which we have used for garden beds. I decided to use part of it for this project. I’m building a seven-circuit labyrinth using small rocks from our property. The first thing I did was ask Stevo to mow the grass for me. :-)  He’s currently in the middle of mowing the entire pasture, but he did my section first.

The next thing I did was lay out the seed pattern, from which you can easily construct the rest of the labyrinth. Once you have the seed pattern, it’s just a matter of connecting the dots. If you do a web search on seven-circuit labyrinth, you’ll find instructions on how to draw one from a seed pattern.

I can already feel the energy of the labyrinth even though I’ve only completed a few paths.
